FOOD & SH*T began as a monthly pop-up restaurant in September 2013 curated by Geo Quibuyen (aka Prometheus Brown) & Chera Amlag. In addition to the pop-up events, Food & Sh*t's online presence serves to explore the historical and current threads in Filipino cuisine and it's dynamic relationship with other culinary traditions. Since then, Food & Sh*t expanded into limited catering, mobile-app ordering, and small-scale production of bottled items. In 2014, Hood Famous Bakeshop branched out to become it's own enterprise due to the popular demand of Chera's popular dessert items at Food & Sh*t pop-up restaurant events.
