We're pleased to announce that we're not only doing our first pop-up in Los Angeles, but also that we're doing it at Chef Roy Choi's POT restaurant in The Line Hotel (Koreatown) over two nights this Memorial Day weekend (Saturday and Sunday, May 23 & 24). From 5pm-11pm on both nights, POT will be running their usual dinner service, but we'll also be adding our own menu items showcasing some items from our previous pop-up dinners in Seattle (Bagoong Fried Rice, Kinilaw na Pusit, Chera's Hood Famous Ube Cheesecake) as well as a new main course (Old School Sinigang) that blends what we do with POT's hot-pot theme.
Additionally, we're bringing some DJ and rapper friends along with us to provide the sonic ambiance for both dinner services. On Saturday, DJ Phatrick & Bambu will be spinning. Sunday, we got DJ D-Double & KJ Butta on the wheels with a special live performance from The Physics.
